Is Kee Jones a psychologist?
Kee Jones is not a medical doctor, counselor, psychologist, or therapist. Kee Jones is a life coach who shares practical/holistic strategies and advice based on her personal life experiences. She doesn’t intend to replace a therapist or anyone from the medical field and her coaching will be used alongside these professional services. Kee Jones can also be seen as an accountability partner who supports your healing journey.

How long is a RESET call?
The RESET Call with be split into two separate calls via Zoom (in total of 3.5 hours):
PART (1) Introductions: In this first call (which you are about to schedule), you will be asked to share your story and what challenges you are currently experiencing. This is an opportunity to be vulnerable and share your story without judgment. This call will be a duration of 2 hours.
PART (2) Game Plan: After the Introductions call, another follow-up call will be scheduled. In this follow-up call, Kee will present to you a practical and personalized game plan, to help you conquer the challenges you have shared previously. Any supporting tools and resources will be provided. This call will be a duration of 1.5 hours.
Is the information shared during the call confidential?
Always! Confidentiality is an essential and vital agreement between RESET and the client. RESET adheres to ethical guidelines and professional standards. Your information is not and will not be disclosed without your consent, except in situations where there is a legal or ethical obligation to report.
How could I prepare for the RESET Call?
You can prepare for the call by coming with an open mindset and huge transparency. You can also make a list of questions, concerns, and topics you would like to discuss.
Important:
If you are 10 minutes late to the call, you need to reschedule for another day and time as my availability is limited. If you are unable to make it to the call, please reschedule for another day and time.
How will I be supported in resetting my life after past/present trauma?
You will be provided a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your experiences and emotions. Here at RESET we understand your vulnerability and you will be protected by all measures.
How often should I schedule RESET calls?
The frequency of RESET calls is totally dependent on you the client and your individual needs and preferences. A schedule can be determined to support your growth and progress.
